Weather's been a bit hit and miss today with the sun not really out until late afternoon. The birds have been loving the showers though and have been feasting on my lawn with the all the worms and grubs that pop up when it's wet.
flower is made using my 3" Scallop Circle punch, I cut 4 circles out of coordinating heavyweight paper from my KandCompany Dollshouse paper pad. These were then given a light spritz of water from my Tim Holtz mini mister, I use these as you get such a lovely fine spray.
I'm a big fan of the Kraft card look but it is really hard to get the stuff over here. I really wanted something like that for my matting on this card so turned to my pack of buff square cut folders that I got from the stationers for my files. The card is a bit ruff and really lightweight so would be no good for actual cards, but I cut some out for the mats and it works just fine. And the best bit, the pack of 100 only costs £4.99! That's the equivalent of 200 A4 sheets! You can get them here. The only thing I will say with these flowers is they are a bugger to get into normal envelopes. Must try making some box envelopes or if anyone knows of a good cheap supplier of them it would be greatly appreciated. xx
